Hahha thanks. I've already had mine running on sd only for months now. Works pretty slick.

Browsed through as much of this thread as I could and was unable to find if we can put a l92 in our cars. Is it possible?

I would just go with the LQ4 or LQ9 6.0 and put the L92 heads on it from a 6.2 with a L76 GTO intake manifold and LS3 valve springs. That should sit you right around 500-550hp w/GM OEM parts and around $2500-$3000 price wise. I have a friend that works at LKQ and can get a 6.0 for around $1400-$1600 with harness and computer and a rebuilt 6.0 with all forged internals for around $2800-&3200ish.

Also the 5.3 motors are dime a dozen and can get those for $300-500 all day long.

Chy that price block included or no? The 2500 to 3k. Im in the hardest complication. Lol build what I have for some SC fun or v8. Just seems headache is way higher then vq with boost which I thought nothing could ever beat that

Yea that's the 6.0 right out a car or truck with harness and computer, I have seen the 6.2 heads going for around $800-900 and then the intake and springs. That will put you around $3000 or so if you do everything your self. My friend picked one up and put it in his 1970 Chevelle and is putting 465ish to the ground.

Hotrod magazine did a 6.0 build a Lil while back with the 6.2 heads GTO intake and LS3 springs and put the motor on the dyno showing the fuel injected setup did 550hp and the carburated setup did 500hp
