Default car bogs down

My car bogs down sometime if i try to floor it arnd 4000rpm all the way to redline as if there is no power, and after sometime when i let it rest for sometime or just restart after sometime its all good. Kindly help me diagnose this problem. Sometime when i start the car when its fully warmed up the rpms goes up 1300rpm but rather than resting back at 700-800rpm it drops back to 0 and i have to start the car again.
Just for info i have already done the following stuff
changed spark plugs
changed air filter
cleaned the throttle body
changed the fuel pump with walbro(but i have not drilled the holes).

Unhook the negative battery terminal overnight and put it back on in the morning. Turn the car on and let it idle for 10 minutes before taking off. Kindly post after doing this step if your problem has not been solved. If it has been solved I would like compensation for the time it has taken me to write this.

Since you cleaned the throttle body, did you do the position reset as well? Tell us mooooooorrrrrrrreeeeeeeee.

started my car yesterday after a week and took it out for a drive, guess what no bogging down. Took it out to reset it as told by BriGuyMax but as there was no problem at that time i left it as it is...just added some seafoam in tank before i took it out...SO i guess problem is again gone for a while..lets wait for it now to come back
cheers!

im kind of getting the same problem again.
When i cold start my car and try to cross 4000rpm it totally bogs down. Under 4000rpm its totally fine , engine response and power if fine too.
I have to drive it good 5-6kms and then switch the car off and restart again, and it just jerks once arnd 4k rpm and voila then its all good. I get smooth power upto the redline.

Kindly help me rectify the issue.

Could be your MAF either needs cleaning or is going bad.
