Default Reinstalled OEM clutch/flywheel and now have a slight loss in power

Had my mechanic install the oem clutch and flywheel on my 2007 Z today. Shifts are fine and all, but I'm getting this weird lag now. It's very noticeable in 6th gear on the highway when I give gas, and even noticeable in lower gears during city driving, but not as much. It just seems the car doesn't want to move, especially in 6th gear. It just doesn't feel as powerful.

The CEL did pop up on my way from my mechanic's shop but I figured it was something minor since he unplugged a few things. He also did install some wheel spacers in the front (HR 20mm). Could I possibly be feeling the effects of the added rotational mass, albeit however minuscule it may be? I'm going back tomorrow, but just looking for some insight to hold me over till then.

Just reset the ecu (battery and brake method) and the CEL is gone but the issue persists

No it's not. The rpms don't shoot up. The speed is very slow to climb up though. Plus I reinstalled an oem clutch with plenty of life left. Mechanic checked the code and it's a cam position sensor. He's going to call me back

Well that code explains the loss in power, your cams are not advancing.

Your flywheel is probably not aligned correctly. The crank position sensor no longer agrees with the cam position sensor.
