Difference between vq35de & vq35de rev-up

This question is specifically focused around the short block. I know about the top end differences. The question is, can a 2004 de short block be used in a rev-up build? It seems that the differences are all top end components and that the block, pistons, rods, etc are the same. I'm arware of the different oil pump. I'd like to hear responses from folks with first hand knowledge of the two engines. Preferably an engine builder or shop owner.

your not going to get a shop to post here they dont have much time to post here. differences are only the oil pump however, look up the part numbers they are the exact same for both engines. only differences in any short block parts is matching clearances since they have 3 grades however that only affects the bearing journals for clearance purposes and how large they where machined, the same grade however for both engines is the same part.
