help me understand gears/tires and milage odometer
Maybe it's the head trauma I had but I don't remember where/what part of car measures the millage the car puts on. Like if it gets different gears, or different size rear tires will the millage not be read correctly. Like a car with 4:08 gears instead of stock 3:55 put the millage faster/more on the odometer.

Reads off stub shafts, gearing will not change the odometer. Tire size will.
