Coolant Shooting Out of Radiator Cap?
 
Got a 2004 350Z. I just did the head gasket around 3-4 months ago, So I know it's not that. Basically last night was driving home and noticed my temp gauge was fluctuating. (Didn't get to the top hot but was more than usual) When I got home, The coolant was bubbling out of the overflow and leaking all over, So I left it overnight, In the morning, Changed the thermostat, radiator cap, and power steering belt. While filling up and burping the radiator, Tons of air is just shooting up and shooting the coolant through the radiator cap, I am constantly adding in the water and trying to burp it, but there is no change and the water just keeps on busting out. Not even to a point where it's keeping a constant level of coolant. So, I am stuck.. Idk what to do because if I close the radiator cap, it will just overheat on me. Was working perfectly fine the other night, no problems.

Sounds like a head gasket again. There are test strips available to tell if you have exhaust gas in the coolant

^^ My guess as well (that is the best we can do... guess). Coolant is leaking into the engine.

Already tested, No coolant.

Coolant can leak from the combustion chamber to the coolant passage. When this happens, exhaust is forced into the coolant and you have the problem you mention. With a leak like this, no oil will make it into the coolant, nor will coolant make it into the oil.

What side if town are you on?

my bet is on headgaskets if OP is 100% sure it's not then look into your thermostat

This sounds very much like a bad head gasket. Maybe the last time the head wasn't flat, or it wasn't torqued properly, etc. . .

Understand what you mean, but there's no coolant in the combustion chamber normally. It's a leak between combustion chamber and coolant passage, most likely. May not be bad enough to allow lower pressure coolant to push into the chamber, but higher pressure exhaust gas can push in and blow coolant out.
