NWP TB won't relearn
 

Alright so i'ma try and keep this short and simple.
I installed my nwp throttle body this past weekend. Warmed up the car to temperature specs. Rpms were at 1000-1200 before the relearn, after the relearn rpms were at 500-600.
Once I shut off the car it doesn't remember. Once the car is at temperature it'll idle at 1000 with ac off, with ac on it'll idle at 1100-1200 bouncing up and down. Coming to a stop coasting with the car in neutral the rpm will go up to about 1500 and then drop to 1000/1100.
I've read all the threads. I've disconnected the TB and battery over night, do the relearn and problem still occurs.

Has anyone had issues with this throttle body?
Any help would appreciated.

Check for a vacuum leak.
