2008 M35 auto transmission in a 2004 350z

have a 04 350z and the auto tran to a crap....found a M35 auto tran in 08 and was wondering if it can be swapped out...if so what is needed ..thank you

dont think it will match up with your motor, i know 07 trans bell housing is different

Beyond the physical issues, that tranny will not sync up to the BCM or ECM of your older Z33. That type of swap is beyond most DIYer's ability.

my mechanic says the G35 auto trans doesnt plug and play either to the 350z ... is that true?
