Ok looking for some advise would like to have around 500 hp at the rear wheels with a Vortech charger. How should I go about it without braking the bank.

ANY way you attack this, it will still be expensive, at the Very least 5-6k, not including hidden fees just in case something is missing or happens.

This is also betting on your stock block's ability to even reach 500whp, an V2 or V3 SCi will have to be overspinning to reach those numbers, I would jump to the V2 Si Trim. and you will also need a good exhaust system to flow out the extra exhaust gasses efficiently, which will help to make more power.

You will definitely safe lots of money buying a used kit in good condition, piecing together your fueling components, Tuning solution (UpRev is your best bet) and doing the installation yourself (No Labor costs). Rest of the cost will go to having it professionally tuned by a reputable shop with UpRev experience.

Spend some time to read the Forced Induction Discussion and research Vortech/Procharger builds of the past to educate yourself on what you may or may not need.
