Help with PO300

I have 2003 350z track edition
I've been struggling with the code PO300
i have changed
spark plugs
all new coil packs
new crankshaft position sensor
knock sensor and harness
valve covers and gaskets
changed the fuel rail and fuel injectors
cleaned the MAF sensor with the cleaner
no vacuum leaks
The car isnt driving like its supposed to
accelerating slowly and sounds like a subaru.
I was thinking its the cats or the cam sensor?
HELP PLEASE!

Lots of P0300 related posts here: https://www.google.com/search?q=p030...nt=firefox-b-1

But this one is pretty complete: https://my350z.com/forum/maintenance...o300-code.html

Look to see if you have clogged cats and check the o2 sensors as well.
