Anyone? Looks like an intake from an Xterra/frontier that has same dimensions for the z. It’s a cleaner look imo. I believe it’s part number 16576-rnd25 but not entirely sure. Can anyone confirm? Does the maf sensor hook up correctly? It also has a bypass valve. Thx.

NISMO R-TUNE Cold Air Intake (Long Tube)

Am I mistaken bc this is an r-tune intake below and it looks different with more silicone couplers. After some research it possibly looks like it was taken from the driver side 370z Nismo intake and flipped around to make it fit.

no you're right my comment above is incorrect. I didn't look at it carefully. Sorry

Pretty sure you'd have to extend the MAF wires, might be sketchy having mafs outside of engine bay

trunks 01-30-2019 05:25 PM

Can’t see from the pics however the stock maf housing/pipe can be reused and the wires have to be extended. The maf sensor should be above the water bypass. I’m going to abandon this route unless I can get more info.

If you're going that far, it may be easier to make your own intake, especially if you're re-using the stock MAF housing/piping. You would likely be cutting that intake up anyway.

You can get those water bypass parts from AEM, as well as filters. The rest can be put together with various aluminum pipes, and silicone couplers.
