Default 2004 touring Engine noise

Wife's car. Driven only 1/week to work, not aggressively. She's the original owner. Auto trans, well maintained, 100K miles. Oil level is normal, it was changed 11 months/2k mi ago by dealer with 0w-20 Mobil 1 super synthetic.
At startup a few days ago, it make a worse noise than this, it's less bad now. She shut off the engine before driving it anywhere. The sounds does increase with throttle. No unusual smells or other sounds. Any help is appreciated. I don't want to even drive it to the dealer at the risk of making it worse.

Sounds exactly the same as the issue i had with my old engine 2.5 years ago. Ended up losing oil pressure to the bank 1 upper timing chain tensioner. Not sure if a seal went bad in the timing cover or the galleries started leaking. Seeing how you live in GA i would recommend taking the car to Z1 motorsports and having them take a look at it.

Got my answer, and it's stupid. The 0w-20 they had in there was too light. They did some diags (oil pan not damaged, oil level ok, pressure ok, no carbon buildup), it was lifters malfunctioning because of too light oil. Changed oil with mobil1 10w-30, problem solved.
Fun fact, despite the dealer (Regal, Roswell GA) using the 0w-20, they tried to charge for an oil change...that it wouldn't have needed if not for their mistake. Anyway, all good.
