Car Won't crank after Jump starting another vehicle.
 

Guys My 2008 350z hr is scaring me. My last nightmare Issue was cleaning throttle bodies resulting in high erratic idle.
This morning after jump starting another vehicle my car no longer cranks. I don't think it is the battery.
I am able to push start the vehicle. Are there any other known hidden issues with the Z which I am not aware.

It seems like in certain areas the Z is poorly made. I Will perform some check tomorrow.

How long were the cables left on the jumped car?

Sounds like classic jumpback blowing your alternator or regulator.

In any case, get the charge system load tested to rule this out. There are a few substandard components on a 33 like interior parts, door handles, CSC, etc. But the charging system isn’t one of them. That takes human intervention to mess up.

Problem solved. Turned out to be a crushed clutch switch rubber.
