they can be used on a non rev up, the cam gears will bolt up to the cam, only difference between non rev up cam and rev up cam is the cut outs on the back of the cam for the sensor to pick up

The shiny silver gasket (farthest right, next to the lower plenum gasket?), what exhaust is it suppose to be for? I need a gasket between my XYZ pipe and the mid-pipe.

Is the wot box compatible with the vq35hr? If so is it still available?
