What are the two latchs on some of the z's in magazines.

Anyone know what im talking about? Ive seen a blacks z with gold decals in a magazine and it had two black latchs on the outside of the hatch that bolt to the bumber. Also on JGTC cars. Anyone know what im looking for.

Probably because they are carbon fiber and those are safety latches kind of like having hood pins on a CF hood.
