Now, remember this is coming from one of those people that waxes his car 3-4 times a month or 2 times a weekend sometimes. I wouldn't think you could wax a flat/satin finish or else it would start being glossy.
Won't satin paint scratch/scuff easier then cause it doesn't and can't have a "shell"?
And will the paint itself wear out faster?

DO IT STAT, post some pics, be my idol. It's creative it's different do what feels right. I've been looking forward to a worn etched clear coat on my car so i can go flat.
ps. I've satin painted cars before much more easier to take care of, no swirl marks to worry about and wax is better used for killing weeds. hope to see pics soon
