I'm so Euro

Just finished the install. Took about an hour and a half. Hardest part was fishing the wire throughout the console etc.

so...whats the point of it? isnt it supposed to be for when you park your car on a dark alley or something like that?

Rear fog light. Cuts through fog better since it's brighter. Euro requirement on all cars.

ESPO 774 Jun 10, 2006 04:59 PM

in europe all cars are required to have a rear fog. Its basically a bright tail light so other drivers can see you in bad weather conditions. And it fills that stupid blank space next to my heated seats:)

Nitrouz Jun 10, 2006 08:08 PM

hm...is that the answer to the "missing button beside seat warmers" mystery?

aalzuhair Jun 11, 2006 12:18 AM

I have the fog light stock on my car and the switch is located with the lights switch

Z33Benny Jun 11, 2006 03:46 AM

vantage350z Jun 11, 2006 06:22 AM

I've had one for awhile, they work well in very bad whether, I like it because theres not many Z's in the US. with them.

Robert_K Jun 11, 2006 10:23 AM

How was it with only one reverse light?

davidf Jun 11, 2006 02:03 PM

It's good, I've had so many people come up and say, you have a stoplight hungup, you've got a burnt out back up light, you've got a tail light out. Do they not see the single red lens.

yorky500 Jun 11, 2006 09:23 PM

Thats standard on the cars in the UAE. The rear fog light swith is, as someone has already said, on the light stalk on the steering column.

BJF2K Jun 11, 2006 09:42 PM

I'm thinking of putting some strobe lights there!
