Where's the headlight fuse?

Which fuse is for the passenger side HID? I checked the diagram on the fusebox door but it doesn't seem to state.

The subforums suck. It takes a week to get a proper reply on there. I tried searching too, but to no avail.

Did you breeze through the manual?

Guess I could look, But as a rule, HLs will use a Circuit Breaker so u dont get screwed on a dark night, u can limp home

So if my bulb went out due to moisture, is it the bulb that's fried or the circuit? You don't think it's the fuse?

Eazzy Dec 26, 2006 04:52 PM

I dont know that either is fried----Just that I dont know if there is a fuse, If it is a circuit breaker, they will work till it trips the breaker then turn back on when the breaker cools, Where as if there is a fuse, u got nothing. Let me save this Thread and I will look in the Factory Manual and see what the deal is a little later.

Thanks man. Well the light never went back on so I guess the HID bulb is fried. Which is cool because I already got a replacement, but I just wanna make sure that I don't throw away a good bulb.

I just wlked back in and noticed u said Pass side ---There would not be a separate circuit for it ----Its either the bulb or Heaven forbid, the Ballast

I guess it's the HID bulb because the H7 highbeam went out a week later.
