Custom painting my car - Can't decide on color
 

Well, my car is getting painted here real soon and trying to pick a color off of the internet is driving me nuts. Any suggestions? I want to stay away from yellow, orange, silver, gray, pink, purple, black, and white. If its a red or blue, I want it to look different than the stock DB and Redline colors from 50 ft. away. I don't care if its a factory color off of another car or a BASF or Hot Hues, or anything else of that nature as long as it looks good. Pictures don't hurt either :icon38: . Thanks in advance for any help.

in the sun its a light blue, but at night its darker blue

I take it thats different the the Laguna Seca Blue? I was thinkin of that color. The first an last pics look a lot like our Daytona Blue though.

its different from laguna blue, laguna blue is more of a flat colour..

its darker in person than daytona blue... u should go check it out at a BMW dealership

from what's left out of ROYGBIV you pretty much only have only Green, Blue & Red. There's alerady plenty of Blue and Red Zs on the forum.. but only 1 green which was that puke Milano Drift Z...

so why not 'save' green...

^^^Thats sick as hell Cheston. Good idea. I like the green, but truthfully it scares me unless I get a piant code and know exactly what color its going to turn out to be. I did some bad photoshops and I liked the green one best, but that Austin Martin color is way better.

EVO METALLIC GREY. I always loved that color, or that G35 blue.

I have an metallic gray evo lol. Anyways, I want to try for a brighter color that stands out more. If I were going to do a monochromatic color or a darker color I would do flat black. Don't like the Carribian Blue on the G35 either, sorry.

It was a 97/98 Supra color.

hahaha true. Plus James Chen's Time Attack Z is yellow. Thats the reason I am going to be really picky with reds too so I make sure and look different than Steve Mitchell's M-Works Z.

How about the lambo mercialago anniversay tealish color....it's pretty badass...and it would have a nice story behind where it came from.
