Who's had their front bumper drilled and then refilled?

Tonight my dad went to pick up my car at the dealership and saw they drilled holes to mount the license plate. I requested not to have this done and the dealer assured me they would not do that, so I was all set to buy a bracket. Anyway, now I'm not sure what to do. It's San Marino Blue and apparently it's the only SMB Z between Maine and North Carolina for sale (according to the dealer), otherwise I would have to order it. I don't know whether to order a new one or have the holes filled. Anyone get the holes filled? Does it look good? And does it ever need to be refilled after a while? Thanks.

If a dealer drilled holes in a bumper after I specifically asked them not to, I'd take that as a sign from God to go somewhere else... and fast!

i used these small plugs i found to cover the holes. perhaps i can sent some to those who need it?

Sorry I didn't specify that. I'm looking for a SMB Touring. White Frost or Charcoal doesn't matter. Think looking for a Touring will narrow the field down a lot? :(

Get some small white stickers and cover the holes...jk

This happened to me, and i requested the dealer give me a new bumper, after some heckling, they did.

Trivial defect. Shop for bumper plugs or have it filled.

Ask the dealer fix or you walk, you'll be surprised what they will do to may a buck!

ill be nice...there is a SMB touring coupe in Middletown,CT at Middletown Nissan. Charcoal leather and i believe it is as loaded as possible for a touring. Price was around $34,xxx if i remember correctly. they have 3 SMB Zs there and since i work about 2 miles from it i love to go there and just check them out. they also just got in a new Solar Orange Z a few days ago, it looks A LOT better in perosn than in pictures but i still dont think id get it. good luck

That sucks dude. I would politely speak to a manager about it first and let them know how you feel. Tell them that you specified not to drill the holes and that you dont want the car with that bumper. Ask them to swap the bumper and stay firm on that decision. Dont tell them you want another car. Just tell them you wont accept the car in a condition that you specified you didnt want. Replace bumper!!!!!
