What's that sound?
 

Hey guys/gals,

So whenever I take a less than perfect road I hear this sound coming from the passenger side dash area. It sounds kind of like a very large rubberband being strummed (if that makes sense:confused: ). Deffinitely sounds like plastic or a spring and plastic...

Anyone have experience with this annoying sound? Won't be life or death if I can't get rid of it but it is not pleasant by any means...

it only does it when u first start your car right? I want to know too

No not really. It has nothing to do with my engine. It's coming from my dash area. Weirdo rattling sound go away!!!

I get squeaks in the (all stock) dash, and my Z only has 10,000 miles on it. :( The interior build quality is a weakness on the Z's.

No squeaks or rattles with my 07 my 03 yes i had plenty but now all i hear is the exhaust note.
