3m tint for taillights? where to buy?

Im looking to make my own overlays for my tail lights. Where can i find some of this in like a sheet form? Home depot or lowes? Who makes it 3M or do other companies make it. Im looking to get it here in town somewhere this weekend and have a weekend project.
