Default Vision Bulbs HID kit.. Anyone have reviews?

I did some searching and did not find anything, here is the link to the HID conversion KIT:

http://www.visionbulbs.com/vb_product.php

I could get 8000k for 170 shipped. Has anyone bought there or heard anything about them?

They are garbage because they are not phillips or sylvania.

No reputable manufacturer produces anything beyond a 6000K bulb. The mere fact that they make something in the 8000K to 10000K range is proof positive they are garbage. On top of that, I know of only one company that makes a half way decent conversion kit and "visionbulbs" isn't it.

A little bit of research on HIDs/Xenon goes a long way

I have a questions for you. Do you even want to see at night or do you just want to get it for the looks? If you want to see at night, then i would highly suggest to steer away form anything that is above 6000k because they simply do not luminate any type of usable light for night driving. Trust me, i've had 6000k before, and they suck ***. I could not see anything at night. If you want to acquire an after market HID, i would suggest PIAA, as they are one of the best HID in the market.

Yes ive done research and realize at 6k you get the best of both worlds, and anything above that just loses range. I am not too worried about it because I guarantee its better than the **** stock ones I have now, and I also like the look of the blue.

Thanks for the headsup though.

Like I said, there is only one company that I know of that makes a decent kit.... that said, IMHO if it is a conversion kit, it is decent at best. To do it properly get OEM or do a retrofit

Here is the only conversion kit I could recommend:

wow! an entire year warranty for an item that should last upwards of 10 yrs. A decent halogen can last a yr

8000K is garbage. Those colors they list on their site are not true. the pics are represented by shifting the color hues of the picture.

8000K will be about on par with a hologen bulb in terms of lumens. Not only that, but the color you see will cause eye strain for you as the driver on longer drives. Then, to make matters worse, when conditions worsen (rain, mist, fog, etc) a high color capsule like you are looking at getting will have the majority of its light output dispersed. this can make visibility very limited
