Mine's Dual Intake Duct Request
 

Any possible chance to make a replica Mine's intake duct? I don't see the point in paying $1000 just for an intake duct, definately interested in an intake duct for an HR motor. Shouldnt be hard to make, I know evo-r loves working on stuff like this anyways :icon44:.

ive alrdy seen a z with dual air ducts for the hr motoor i thnk they sell some on ebay also

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder :) ... Well with the exception of 22's, chrome extensions, bookshelf sized spoilers, etc... I think it has a nice look to it, the mine's door handle extensions are pretty worthless though IMO.

I really like the dual ducts! Wish I had that for my TT back in the day. Working on a similar project this week.

I think the Auto Option (ebay) dual CF ducts look better and a lot cheaper.

they're not horrible looking. they'd probably look better on a kitted car rather than stock. there needs to be something to tie in a more agressive look to maybe hide the nostril effect.

Should make something like blitz tube and make it for HR. One for each side. Best look without cutting any holes on the bumper.

That looks pretty good. Different for sure. Im a fan of doing things diff than the norm. :thumbup:

From all the interest threads on dual intake ducts, I think Mine's looks the best imo.

Agreed...also might consider a grille (on the back of the duct) to prevent bugs from getting sucked in.

if you painted them to match the car it would like 10 times better.. Right now they look like nostrels.. Love the idea though and design looks nice, just paint them..
