Default Authentic Nismo v2 discontinued?

I'm looking to buy an authentic Nismo v2 bumper but according to a few sources, some sponsors on this forum, is that Nismo has discontinued this item.

Can anyone else confirm this info and if so...is the Shine Auto replica decent quality?

thanks guys..and gals

I'm was already torn between the authentic Nismo v2 and the OEM bumper with a CF Top Secret diffuser.

However, now that the authentic Nismo v2 is no longer available, the Shine version is another variable I have to think about.

Trying to get a Top Secret diffuser would also be a 3-4 month wait and the money is burning a hole in my pants!

The Shine piece is a popular item, the authentic piece is too expensive!

ive read the shine v2 is pretty thin. you might want to do more homework before buying that particular bumper from them. i've had zero problems with their amuse bumper.

Nismo has discontinued alot of their parts.

Not sure exactly why, but helps out those with the authentic parts to better retain their value

I've commented before on the quality of my auth. V2 - it's as if every bit of
effort that went into the OE bumper was put into the V2. The quality is exceceptional,
and I've compared it to the Shine replica many times. The shine unit fits differently.
It is not 100% perfect, and will require some effort on behalf of your body shop.
Some members have complained about quality issue with their products, but
I've not personally seen anything truly bad from them.

There are other options - chargespeed II, vertex lang, top secret, c-west etc... if you want something high-end.
something of

Quite happy with my Shine V2. I'd say fitment is about 99% and the quality is exceptional for a replica.

I'm happy with my Shine. Fitment is good, and durability is good.

I cannot speak for what other vendor(s) have told you. All I know is what NISMO tells me directly
