Default thoughts on caliper color

i want to powdercoat my calipers but im lost on a color. i really want to do them in dormant violet but cant quite tell if it will look ok. i had it done on my old si's valve cover and really like the color. below is my wheel setup and the valve cover in the dormant violet. everything else on the car is not flashy. no big wings bodykits etc. i just want a little to set it off. any thoughts are welcome

it would be kinda unique, I think they look good the way they are, though.

totally off topic, but the wall reflection on your car looks like a side vent. Looks pretty cool imo.

Keep them the same. When I see colored calipers I am like sweet they have a BBK. Then I see it is just paint/powder and I am like "WTF ricer!"

Just leave the stockers alone and save for a BBK if you want inner wheel color.

That purple is going to make them look like D2.

Gold Brembo is classic. Very nice.

Considering i'd pay about $100 for a liquid ounce of true brembo gold,
i'd suggest you keep them that color unless they're damaged or somehow
that color makes you physically ill or you like burning cash.

Trade me your brembo's for my non-brembo stockers and $$$ then paint them what ever you like but please please for the love of anything authentic don't deface the brembo's. There the best thing a Z ever came with from the factory.
