Question??? 06 350z Front Reflector vs 03-05 reflector

Hello fellow 350z-er's. This is my first post and my first mod to the car was getting the black housing for the reflector. I purchased it from http://www.360tuners.com/

Here's the link: http://www.360tuners.com/03-05nissan...pairblack.aspx

My question is whether or not the 03-05 reflector will fit on an 06. The 06 looks a bit larger. Can I still just try to install it or return it and just Tint the stock ones?

Thanks in advance!

Suggestion: If you needs parts for a 2006 Z then order parts for a 2006 Z. Save yourself a headache.

Yep, big mistake. I'm returning it now.

You've probably discovered this based on your last reply, but for everyone's edification the 03-05 reflectors have a relatively thin rectangular cross-section, while the 06+ reflectors have a relatively thicker and trapezoidal cross-section (or triangular x-section if you treat the thin side as a point instead of an edge).

I think the net effect of installing a 2006+ reflector into a 2003-2005 bumper would be that the reflector sticks out of the bumper as opposed to sitting within the indentation, but I've never tried it so I can't say for sure.
