How to install these

I bought these led's to replace the dull orange reflectors that come stock. My only problem is I don't know where to wire them to for them to be on whenever the car is on. I've been told to wire it to the ignition but I don't really know how to do that or where to wire it to. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I think R350Zz33 got it right. Then when you turn on your parking lights, your LED's also come on. If you wanted to get really fancy I think you could wire them to the parking lights to get their power, but then put a on/off switch in the circuit so that you could decide whether to have them On or Off when your parking lights are on. There are many more possibilities depending how complex you want to make the wiring.
