So Who's Working On A CLEAR Headlamp Strip?

:D So I know I can't be the only one wanting to get rid of the orange 'strip' running down the sides of our headlights!

With these great LED's, Clear-Side markers, and of course my search for "Quality Clear/Silver" turn signal bulbs front & back, the next logical mod is a clear strip/reflector. ;)

Anybody.......

yup, no pics, cause no product, yet. one of those catch 22's gotta have the orders and the funds to get the parts made. but they will exist if I have anything to say about it.

As much as Id like to get rid of the amber strip in favor of a clear one, I dont really wanna fk around with opening my headlights. Knowing me, Id leave a wrench in there or somethin, and thats if I got the covers back on straight! :D

yeah, its not for everyone. if I do mine and it goes well, I may extend the service to others. but thats a long time off; Id have to be very comfortable with it.

You know......... After going out to the garage last night and really looking at my current setup (clear-sides w/ amber LED's) I believe I will stick with the current amber strip. ;)
I don't want to have a "Christmas Lights" thing going on. http://www.computerpannen.com/cwm/otn/angry/nono.gif

Aahah good one Marcus, and I can understand that.

I never favored anything amber or yellowy, so I'd like to keep it clear. Cmon, we both got silver cars.

I'm so ashamed I want to just cover it up. AHAHA!

Hmm... still deciding on the bumper reflectors.
