Can't get my trunk to open, help!
 

Electronically the trunk won't open and the emergency string inside the car went in the hole so i cant pull it. How do I get the string back out? Thanks.

and also, How do you remove the trim from the rear cross-beam tower? :dunno:

when pressing the button above the license plate or holding the trunk open
button on the remote....do you hear the trunk latch releasing/popping? if so. hold either of the trunk open buttons while pulling the trunk up.
dont know how to remove trim you are asking about.
