Can't figure out my bumper..
 

So I got a bumper from someone who has had it on their car before, so I know it's fitted.

There's holes with these little white clips that line up with the holes in the bumper, but they won't snap in, and I can't figure out what's wrong. Any help would be great.

I don't think those are the correct clips. Go visit a dealer and get the correct clips and they should snap in correctly.

Those clips would go in the fender if anything and receive the bolt from the bumper.

I figured it out.. The bolts that go through the holes in the bumper get threaded into the center of those white clips and that holds it to the fender.
