MY350Z.COM - Nissan 350Z and 370Z Forum Discussion - What are these? And where can I get them

Hi, I got myself a fixer upper 350z 2007 gt, but I want all the pieces so it's perfect. Unfortunately, Idk what some of these pieces are, there's a strip seal that goes from the left quarter panel to the end of the hatch that I need. Idk what it's called so idk what to search for. I have sum small rubber piece I need to get, and the screw in piece to hold the spare in place. Any help is appreciated.

I need the thing for screwing in the spare tire to place. Idk what that's called also

Side note, anyone know where I can get power heated seats? I picked this up with replacement cloth put in. But the brackets are there under the seat so it's an easy fix, the hard part is finding the seats compatible for it
