Default Stillen Spoiler Fitment/Tape Issue

I have an issue with the stillen spoiler sticking down correctly. The tape peels up like shown in the pics within a few days and looks ugly. Are there any recommendations on how to cure this? The only suggestion I have been given was to use caulk within the crack to cover the tape; but I'm not too sure about that.

Its 3m tape. I used adhesion promoter the first time and it still ended with the same result. I had a shop install the spoiler this time while having bodywork done so I'm unsure if they used adhesion promoter this time.

I can't find any installed pictures online of the view I need it.

I'm thinking of re-installing it and using a rubber trim to hide the tape because as it looks now, it looks cheap.

The tape that came with my stillen splitter was absolute garbage. I sealed mine with automotive sealant and I didn't want the turn buckles. https://i.imgur.com/ZEAFlSn.jpg

If you decide to use this, dont get the RTV. It'll be a PITA to get off.

When using the Tape make sure you use clamps and a little heat. Let it sit with clamps overnight. Had the same problem with OEM Spoiler. Clamps fixed that up.

Thanks Everyone.

I'm going to reinstall it with some new 3m tape a little further back from the edges and then use silicone to seal it along the top edge. I'll post back with the results once I get around to it.
