part of door broken.. is this replaceable?

I recently bought an 03 z and this part of the door is broken.

Ive circled the part and the white line is where it cracked. below the while line wiggles and basically feels like i could pull it off while above is still attached. Is this something that is replaceable or would it require a lot more to be replaced?

requires removal of door panel to properly remove then reinstall the new part

yes its available many places driver door tweeter cover and or side view mirror interior cover
