Rear hatch latch - it's posessed
 

About a month ago the rear hatch latch would mysteriously pop open the hatch- I tried leaving the fob at home and driving it thinking the fob might be triggering it- that is not the case. It is even more vexed now- the latch is in the locked position so I can't even get the hatch to engage in the latch. Ideas? Is this possibly a BCM issue?
