gq_626: i think the money spend on prep/paint etc... is money well spent; it's a small price to pay for parts that are probably THE most visible and noticeable.
There is nothing worse than seeing a kitted up car, and when you look closely at it, the fit and finish are everywhere...
Looks awesome - congrats! (now make sure you get enclosed transport for it on your east coast move)

The grill is a good idea. My intercooler gets dinged up by the rocks on the road when I go fast. His grill will probably protect his i/c while still letting air pass through.
