Just the bumper or does it come with diffuser/extension panel?

Yes. If you look underneath your car's (or any Nismo) front bumper and compare with non-Nismo, you'll note the following piece:

That dang piece costs over $600 as OEM from Nissan.

Better solution (cheaper and durable):

Ties into ZSP undertray:

Two pieces run under $400. That's why I asked.

I do not think the Z Speed Shroud would fit on a Nismo bumper would it?

Yes it will with zspeed extension specific for nismo bumper. however id never run metal under shoulds because your asking to rip off your front end. Theres a reason oem is plastic and most after market is composite besides weight. People say theyd rather have metal to protect underneath but id rather have plastic to avoid disaster. Once those catch theyre ripping everything theyre attatched to OFF

The reason oem is plastic is because plastic is cheap. I have seen lots of ripped oem undershrouds. If installed correctly the zspeed piece will stay put.

Wow thanks for the info! Had no idea Zspeed made an extension for the OEM Nismo bumper. That would make purchasing this one worth it. I am also running the Zspeed under shroud and it has definitely saved my undercarriage when my friend ran over a sizable rock while driving my car.

I hit a dead raccoon and my under shield saved my car, the raccoon left a huge dent in my under pan which i just banged out and re-installed.
I ran over something, maybe a large chunk of a truck tire, on the highway late one night at high speed in a thunderstorm. I can't say for sure the ZSpeed metal undertray prevented any damage to my engine, but it certainly took the hit better than a piece of plastic would have. It also significantly stiffens up the nose of the car, and I should also mention I was given a great deal on the replacement piece I needed from ZSpeed.
