Can't create thread in Vendor Review area

I am trying to post positive feedback for Bay Area Zaino (at https://my350z.com/forum/forumdi...?forumid=330) and it tells me I do not have acess priviledges. I confirm my account is fully activated, so what is the problem?

I PM'ed Mike Wazowski, but did not get a response...
