newb question on PM's

I cant remember, brain freeze i guess...can anybody real quick tell me, if somebody's PM inbox is full and you PM them, you get a notification or something that their inbox is full right?

somebody on here owes me money and hasnt been responding to my PM's :icon20:

Correct, you get a message back that their Inbox is full and your message is not sent to them.
