i second this.... the whole "thanks" thing is pointless, people just click on it to click on it..... serves no real purpose

Point is, I know who posts and how often. In a few cases, I even know what time to expect them here.
The ''like'' button keeps you from quoting graphics-heavy posts, and props someone.

I will personally send you multiple sheets of gold stars to stick on your computer screen if you need the points/percentage system gratification. I honestly didn't think anyone paid attention to it.

the % thing is more useful. lets you know if a seller is active in the forum or if you want to bump an old thread you'll know the likelihood of someone responding.
