It's very complicated because when you increase boost by shrinking the pulley on that blower (Eaton m60) you get massive heat increases. IE: you don't really see substancial HP increases. We are however working on a solution to this problem. In 2 weeks I will have a post with the results of some testing we're (myself, Brent Racing and Jim Wolf Technologies) doing right now. We'll see what happens. I don't want to count my Chikens before they hatch.

It also seals the rotors better giving you .5 lbs more boost. The problem is you can't make any changes to the original Split Second box Stillen puts in there, therefore you can't benefit from most of this unless you change your fuel/timing management. That's where it gets tricky. I used an FTC from Split Second and a larger fuel pump as well as an FMU and I removed the 7th injector. Still using stock injectors. I'm still tuning but so far I'm running like a rich pig (9.8 after 3500 rpm) and still getting a 40 lb increase in torque. I'll post more after I get a full non-Meth tune, and then a Meth tune where I add the 10 degrees of timing.

Guys, the bottom line is the M62 supercharger is TOO small for a 3.5 liter engine. The blower RPMS are maxed out at 14000 RPMS which are hit with a
6500 RPM redline and net a whole 5 pounds of boost! Anyone hitting more boost than this is overrevving the blower, or has a back pressure problem.
Stillen picked a blower size that prevents us from going HOG WILD and leaving masses of engine and transmission parts scattered all over the highway. A EATON M90 IF SET UP PROPERLY! Will eat the Turbo's LUNCH!
Crunch your own numbers with this Blower calculator. (Excel Needed!)
