Straight from STILLEN website:
Supercharger Horsepower Increases Over Stock
STAGE 1 - Flywheel - 82 hp / Wheel - 67 hp
STAGE 2 - Flywheel - 95 hp / Wheel - 75 hp
STAGE 3 - Flywheel - 123 hp / Wheel - 101 hp
Compared to our dyno numbers the kit missed the claimed hp increase but the torque curve is amazing. No other s/c or turbo can produce sutch a wide and usable torque.

I tend to agree. Stillen is safer than other kits because of the good tune and the more conservative approach. Also it is more sopfisticated with the internatly bypassed M62 blower that lets the engine work in perfect n/a condition (and quietly) while on cruise but almost instant max. torque when you step on it. It is surely not a "race" kit, but it suits the engine very good.

One year later with the Stillen SC
Its been about a year so I figured I'd report that the Stillen SC is still kicking. I've put 6600 miles on the car since the install and its running as good as the day I put it on. The kit has been very reliable. The only thing I've had to do is tighten the main belt one time.
This is probably common but you get use to the power so fast....I'm really wanting more especially after being handed my a$$ to me by Mike (chimmike) with his Turbonetics single turbo. From a 60 mph role he left me like I was standing still... but, I figure if I had 400 hp I'd end up wanting 500 hp so I'm hanging with the Stillen....its been a great kit

I'm running the stage 3 pulley.
Chimmike's office used to be on the road I took to my warehouse in the morning. Stillen boasts their SC is very quiet yet Mike could hear me drive by in the morning from inside his office. It does turn heads with its scream.

Oh yeah, i love that its SO loud when you get on it, but not so loud when you're not.
I wonder how a stage 4 would fare against a stock TN kit. Probably still lose, but I wouldnt mind seeing that race.

You could always throw Nitrous on it to juice it up a little. Build your engine, throw on the stillen stage 4, and then 150 shot.

Have ordered stage 2 for my 06 and already have Stillen true dual and ceramic headers. Brasso Nissan here in Calgary says because of the headers they will keep the boost down a little??? I don't get it.

BTW - I lost a drag race (legal) to a Z with nitrous last night. We had exhaust and an 80 shot (so he said) and I have the stillen stage 2. He beat me by .3 in the 1/8 mile.
Im still learning to launch and NOT lose traction, I spun through all of 1st gear and some of 2nd. I think it wouldve been much closer, I could probably have beat him if I was a better driver.... practice, practice, practice.

My stage 3 SSC has always run very rich..... I don't know anything about tuning but can't I go to an 8# pulley. I was just thinking this might make it run leaner and get some more hp out of it. From what I remember the a/f was around 10.3 on the last dyno. Maybe try the 8# pulley and get it dynoed??
BTW most I've ever dynoed is 311whp 291wtq.
I did have a discussion with Stillen about these numbers. I asked why their kits produce approx 30% less hp than they advertise. They then asked me what it dynoed at, I told them and they said those were pretty good gains and I should be happy with that.
