Sharif's Z in Turbo mag
 

I got my December issue of Turbo in the mail yesterday. I was flipping pages and lo and behold, it's Sharif's Z. It was from before the Z was making over 600 whp. Needless to say I almost wet my pants. Hope this isnt old news since I have not been on this forum for a long time.

Is his car a featured car or just a pic of it? Thats cool congrats Sharif, if this is old news I didnt know about it.

BTW-Im in MD also, we should meet up sometime and get a few runs in...or you can come out with me and meet a bunch of Z owners I usually hang around.

Thanks for the offer but I dont have a z. I want one sooo bad though. But being in college without a job blows. Im stuck with my pos automatic turbo eclipse gs.

He mentioned on motoring that his car would be featured, but I don't think he ever mentioned it here.

We have had that issue for a few weeks now, I think it is just hitting the selves now, deff got some nice pics of the car and a good write up its great for Forged Internals and us. Congrads Sharif

Absolutely, I will start another thread with some of the unpublished pics. :D They wont let me post the pics that are published in the mags....but there are plenty of really nice shots.

Let me also add that it rides amazing. Sharif was gracious enough to give me a ride last week after dropping my car off at CPRacing. I may post a separate thread to describe the experience, but words won't do it justice. The power is incredible but feels very controlled. I was surprised at how controlled or maybe Sharif is that good a driver. :icon38: Simply stated......it's a rocket!

Congrats and thanks again Sharif. You know now that 400whp will not satisfy me after a ride in your beast. I see an engine buildup next year. :icon38:
