Is anyone near 700whp yet?

Is anyone near 700whp yet, if so what do you have?
I just ordered my emanage ultamite through forged internals (thanks Sharif). I have the APS TT set up with the bigger actuaters, and 650cc injectors. I made 620whp at 13psi but thats as far as i could get with the aps injectors and the unichip. So now i have the stuff i need to go to 16psi which should get me close to 700whp or more on 109 octane:icon11: And yes i have a fully built engine, with 10.6:1 compression thats why i dont need much boost. Does anyone know who has the most HP on a street driven 350z?

RTracing 01-26-2006 09:06 AM

oops i ment to put this in the Forced induction section.

Zilvia 01-26-2006 09:38 AM

did you ever race that CGT

Fairlady_z33 01-26-2006 09:50 AM

Thats alot of hp on 13 pounds at first when i saw it I freaked out but then i saw you had a 10-6-1 compression thats more for like a NA cars but nice numbers. Be careful tuning that thing to higher PSI with such high compression ratio for are motors.

BTW good luck on passing the 700rwhp mark when you do put somevids of that monster on the forum what the hell put some up now.

i will be going for it with my new exhaust and wastegate relocations. dyno will happen monday or tues of next week, and yes i will have a video cam present, lol.

A guy from the bayarea has around 700whp with APS TT. Marluci is his username i believe. I think i'll be the next one up around that level even tho i know that is way too much 550whp is crazy, traction breaks loose in 5th so whats the point it would need some seriously special tuning.

phunk 01-26-2006 10:43 AM

Jotech made 678rwhp I think it was with stock heads and cams I also thought. This was with a Greddy TT and a V-Pro... Greddy TT + V-Pro + Jotech = badass

symalik 01-26-2006 10:49 AM

what about your car charles? when are you tuning it again

I've seen the APS twin turbo Z dyno at over 790 whp, sounded absolutely awesome.:icon38:

breed 01-26-2006 12:24 PM

thats some serious bragging rights 790whp.but if 550 losses traction so easy..790, just a dyno queen?

SGP-BFH 01-26-2006 12:26 PM

"Is anyone near 700whp yet?"

hehe, yep. and then some. Cant really say anything more about it, but when it comes out the Z community will collectivly sh*t.

yeah, the black twin turbo Z. From what I know the twin turbo car has had major clutch problems no doubt due to the very high torque and gone through 2 late model gear boxes. I've seen this car on the track (very scary), it smokes the tires at 100 mph, just insane.:icon38:

Vq.turbo.DremZ 01-26-2006 12:55 PM

Any more info on this beast?

RTracing 01-26-2006 01:01 PM

wow 790whp is amazing. I want to see that beast too.

barthelb 01-26-2006 01:15 PM

Better question for you, was this with the APS TT system that we have and are they the SAME exact Turbos. Including turbine propeller/impellers whatever they are? Meaning, no change to Turbos on the current system!

My car probably wont be ready for tuning again until april or may! I just spent a lot of money on new wheels, I am going to have the car painted pretty soon, and I am focusing heavily on product development.

I am not too worried about it, I have until May/June before there are other fast cars out in Chicago... last year I was already running by April and no one else was out.

I dont know yet if I am going to push for 700+ or not... its not that its really that hard, its just a matter of trying. No one has really tried yet ya know... all you need is more turbo, more fuel, and a built engine with good airflow. Once people start building 350z into dragsters, we will see a ton of 700+ rwhp cars... its just that not many people care to try right now... nor are willing to spend that kind of $$$ on a brand new car just to have to spend the same ammount every year to maintain it.

Thats on upgraded turbos and fuel system I presume.

meatbag 01-26-2006 04:37 PM

SGP just got 707whp out of a 350z at 17psi i think. Dont want to say too much more about it since its not my car.
