HELP! I just got my PE 380CC injectors with no o-rings or spacers, suggestions plz
I just got my PE 380cc injectors today and after trying to install them i realized they all are missing gaskets. Also in the PE TT installation manual there is a spacer shown. I'll attach a pic.
I can try and remove the gaskets from the stock injectors but i already broke one gasket (rubber 0-ring) trying to remove them. Are these easily had from a hardware store and are the spacers necessary?
Thanks,
Alex

you will need specific sized spacers...
these are not your run of the mill goto mom n pop hardware store to find, they've been machined to specific measurements (from what i've seen).. and i beleve they are necessary to keep the height of the injectors at a specific distance...
did u contact PE usa to see if they have and extra?
the O ring you can pick up from McMaster-Carr.. those are readily available..

Id contact PE...better safe than sorry. There are different o-rings with different sized thickness. Used to have to put together turbo kits for greddy in the warehouse and the Z o-rings are different than a civics.

Hows this for a hookup. Call a Turbonetics dealer. Tell them you need to order part numbers 21210 Qty: 6 and 21211 Qty:6. Those are the spacers and adaptors you need. Turbonetics uses Denso injectors on the Z kit just like the PE kit. Those will fit perfectly. The o rings you will need to order from McMaster Carr. Don't say I never did nothing for you FYI those part numbers and pics are also in the install structs HERE

Turbonetic has some pretty nice instructions compared to vortech.
I have 1 more question but it's about the walbro fuel pump. Do I need to still make a small hole on the bottom of the fuel pump holder and remove the yellow tab if this will be going into a g35 with vortech? I'm asking bc I bought a use one and it didnt come with directions.

Well i already threw the injectors in without the spacers and with the stock o-rings and once everything was bolted down they seem to form a perfect seal. I don't see how there could be any problems with they way they seated so well into their holes.
If all goes well i may be driving my car this afternoon.
