Thread unlocked.......

1st post updated with additional stories. Let me know if I missed any of them.

Big thanks to the mods for the unlock, not to mention the fact VRT is no longer a forum sponsor.......

Let's keep this thread open for anyone doing research on Very Ridiculous Techs..........hopefully we can keep anyone else from being taken to the cleaners.

VRT = Don't drop the soap biatch's.......

EDIT - And honestly, there's no need to post in their defense NavyGolf.....

What a shame.

Before the days of the Internet and web forums like this, they would probably have gotten away with that kind of behavior for quite a while.

I thought they would fire the guilty parties and post a "we've come clean" message here in the forums. I guess they didn't... and haven't...

I have been off this thread for a while. What happened to VRT being a sponsor? Was their sponsorship status taken away or did they cancel it and leave?

I don't think it's humanely possible for VRT to have handled this situation worse.

Not sure if it's been brought up before but they are now known as Verified Racing Technology. Pretty funny.

Default to that guy who gave VRT $26k....

How the **** can you BLOW that much money and not be on top of that shop every step of the way? Sounds like an idiot with way too much money to me.

btw, VRT can blow me. I once talked to MrA on the phone about my car, and he told me to send him my car and HE would sell my fcon, injectors, and return fuel system and "put it towards the invoice". He was going to make my car run flawless with an SS Box, reflash, and no RFS.

I'm quite sure I would've been hosed if I were stupid enough not to hear the 'sleezy salesman' in his voice.

If it was really his money I am sure he would have been much more careful with it.
