I don't usually read posts this long, but well written and I'm glad you are a happy man...still can't take away the feeling of being duped and money wasted. Hope VRT is dealt with properly (one day).

I am happy to say that I was the person (fellow postwhore from 6mt.net ) that called gamma and alerted him to the shadiness going on with VRT and the threads on my350z.com. The only unfortunate part of the story is that by the time the truth came to light, gamma and his brother had already given that scumbag Mike Alveraz a shiet load of $$ for a bunch of crappy work and crappy parts to be put on his brother's G. It's good to hear that Scott was able to fix everything and your brother's G and it's now the monster that you guys were hoping for. I told you he was a good guy and very knowledgeable and always willing to answer any questions. Great job Scott and thanks for helping a fellow G homie out.

MAN i don't know how i would feel or what i would do if i were in your shoes. I know one thing if all courses of legal action come to a dead end, I would be showing up at Mr. Alvarez's house with a black garbage bag, a shovel, and a skill saw.

Hopefully everything works out for you and your brother. I'm glad the car turned out well for y'all though.

the 350z roadster that's a convertible? if such is the case, do you know i drove it back from the dyno shop? when Mr. A and I went to the dyno shop and there was a problem with the clutch and i had to go and Mr. subsequently faked the dyno sheet . . . well he drove this white 350z there to get it dynoed that day as well. since my Brother's G was not going anywhere, he had to call his guys to get the trailer and he told me to drive the white 350z roadster back to the shop.

don't worry, i didn't push it or anything. i drove it sooo gingerly, i didn't want to be responsible if anything happened.

so how did your Z turn out?

yep, that's was my car. The only good thing was he got connection at Mossey Nissan to get the clutch fix for free.

My car is now pushing over 550whp. GTM fixed it for me. The engine is the only thing worries me. I paid for the sleeves but heard he din't put it in.

well...if the engine blows I will get the GTM 4.2l stroker.

You guys (Gammawolf, dozzer1b, THE ROADSETER) should give JWT a call to inquire about this lawsuit and whether it's going to become a class action suit. That rumor needs to be confirmed!

Then let us know the details!!!

all about who you know, i'm sure he's connected even if he is low life scum. The one problem with handling legas situations the old fashion way is that everything gets turned around on you, the guy stole your cash and the cops are arresting you for domestic violence. He smiled with your check and you go off to jail. No realy way to get him back, because honestly even if had to pay half the money he stole back it probably wouldn't as bad as lets say... someone blowing up his Z/G? Just a thought....
