That's not bad actually. The usual turn around time is about 3 weeks. Yeah, they do have a lot of defective SC's coming in. One poor guy on g35driver had to wait almost 2 months. He had a SC that needed to be worked on but was told that the defective SC's were getting priority. So he had to wait. 2 weeks is not bad.

I'm running a 34 cog and 28 js pulley with a 3.12 serp making 13 psi @ 7100 rpm on the non rev up motor with no issues so far, but i will def keep my eye on this project, very interesting thanks for sharing.

ah 650's and RFS...sounds good.

IDC = Injector Duty Cycle.

Just curious cuz I ran out of IDC after 5500 rpm with that pulley setup 440's and no return, so I will be going to 750's and return fuel system

I think with the 650's i ran out of IDC @ 6500-6600 rpm.

Not to get off topic but with all of you guys wanting more power, but not wanting to go to the T-trim because it is expensive would you be interested in something like this:

The impeller shown is about .500" bigger in diameter than the V2 impeller and spin testing has shown 66,000rpms (10% overspin for 10 minutes with no issues). Considering that the tip speed is higher on this impeller in comparison to a V2 impeller just based on the diameter a billet V2 impeller could be in the high 60,000 range no problem. At that point the bearings will be more of a problem than the impeller.

Currently, to my knowledge, the impeller is the weak link in our headunit for a couple reason:
-They can't handle high rpm's hence the S-trim and SC-trim which is essentially a trimmed down S-trim for lower tip speed and higher rpm's.
-Simple design that is not ideal for "catching" air and smooth air acceleration.

Would there be interest in this?

RPM for RPM a improved design billet impeller would create more boost than the stock one just based on improved design of the fins and with the capability to significantly faster the improvement would most likely surpass the t-trim while being an easy bolt in modification.

I can't ay for sure because we haven't gotten it scanned yet but the other impellers are around $500-$600 I believe and they have huge gains.

interesting articles about this upgrade:
http://www.superchargersonline.com/f...329&FORUM_ID=6

http://forum.streetcommodores.com.au...t-8502771.html

Some of the people who have put in the impellers have seen as much as 60 hp in the midrange where this impeller excels over the stock design and have still seen significant gains in the upper end.

Granted this is a powerdyne impeller and the vortech impeller is different so while the design would still make more power than the stock design the biggest benefit for the 350z crowd would be being able to really spin the impeller.

I am a bit reluctant to take my volute/impeller off and have it sent out the get scanned and redesigned (which is what the talk is of right now) as it will stop my project for a short period but it would be worth it.

This mod would be the perfect mod for the Vortech guys who are looking for more power (i.e. me very soon).

Stunningly good performance and very happy, need to test against some other brands of charger now but suspect it may be well ahead all them all, very impressive.

Hope you still got some left Carl, we are needing more right away

Who would be able to assemble that then???? and any idea of how much that would be???
