Default People with Oil Coolers, How are you tapping your sensors?

Hey guys, im thinking of purchasing an oil cooler for the upcoming track season. Currently I am using the greddy sandwich plate in order to tap my 2 x 1/8 NPT sensors for Oil Pressure and Temp. But, after I get an oil cooler, the sandwich plates that I am seeing dont seem to offer any NPT ports for sensors...

Curious what you guys are doing?

I bought a full cooler kit off ebay that included a sandwich plate that came with fittings for 2, 1/8 NPT fittings. I have one capped off, as I am using my stock oil pressure gauge, and using the other for my oil temp gauge. Do some searching and you will find a proper sandwich plate that will have all the openings/fittings you need

Mocal has a sandwich oil plate that has a thermostat. I believe the model# is SP1FT. Link provided below:

Look on ebay as stated, I have seen many many sandwich plates that have both ports for the oil cooler lines and two 1/8th NPT ports.

I would tap for a sensor before the oil cooler. I would want to know how hot the oil is getting before it is cooled down. if you place it after the cooler, you won't really know if you have an oil temperature problem....until it is too late!!!
