Max, How are you getting those times? I looked at your mods and I just don't see much there. A stock Z dynos what, 230 or 240 to the wheels. Add a cai and exhaust and you might get 20 more and I thought you were running a 35 shot of nitrous. That would put my calculations at like 285 or so on a dyno. Where is the other 90 hp coming from? Stock Z's run about 13.9 to 14.5 from what I have seen from different drivers. I would think you mods might get you 13.4 or 13.5 but 12.7? Maybe it's from the weight reduction? It would take about 800 lbs of weight reduction though. I know there was another guy running like a 75 shot of nitrous and I thought his times were only 13.6 or so.
Do you have other mods you didn't list?

ok, that makes more sense! i just couldn't see a 35 shot and getting those times. i'm impressed that even a 100 shot gets those times, i thought maybe 12.9 to 13.0 with a 100 shot.
i'm glad to know the engine can handle a 100 shot though! i think we're all waiting on the procharger now, even us g35 guys.

Man, wonder how much NOS the engine could take after you add the procharger??? I figure Max will find out............

yeah, that's what i was wondering. i was just thinking he might not want to push a procharger and a 100 shot right off the bat....start off with 35....but, i'm sure he'll just right back up to the 100 shot! haha

How funny I was just thinking if a 50 shot with 7 pounds of boost would blow a rod or something. You guys have me figured out.
Don't forget I had ET Street DR's though too.
I did 13.1 on street tires! It's all about hooking and top end!

let me know how the procharger works out and how difficult it is to install (are you installing it...or getting it done for you?). let me know the price for it to get installed as well. i've had my eye on that since the R&D stage...since you don't need to replace the hood like you have to with the stillen SC. also, i think it looks pretty mean!! so, let me know how it works out...and i think i'm a customer!!
any chance you know what type of HP and TQ numbers it will give you with just the stock z and the procharger?
keep up the good work...i like watching your number drop on your signature!!!

Max - You really don't need the NOS. Once you have a blower you can just start buiding up the blower, like smaller s/c pulley, larger injectors and maybe even a custom chip to it. NOS and a s/c is very tricky, so make sure you get all this done by a good tuner.
